Internal Sales Representative (Dungannon)

We are currently recruiting for a motivated and dynamic individual to join our Dungannon team as an Internal Sales Representative.

As Internal Sales representative, you will play a crucial role in maintaining existing relationships and expanding business opportunities. You will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities while being an integral part of a successful and supportive sales team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys the thrill of hunting for new customers and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and Develop Accounts: Effectively manage and grow the existing customer base, consistently exceeding sales targets.
  • Proactively Seek New Business: Utilise outbound cold emails, calls, and lead follow-ups to identify and secure new sales opportunities.
  • Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to understand their needs, resolve their concerns, and provide detailed product information via calls and emails.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the company’s products and services, and confidently communicate their features and benefits to potential customers.
  • Lead Generation: Continuously research and identify new leads to expand the customer base.
  • Upselling: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services, maximising customer value.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Deliver exceptional customer experiences by minimising returns and resolving queries promptly.
